Responsibilities:

Source candidates through various channels (database, job portals, social media).

Screen candidates, track progress, follow up, and maintain the database.

Manage daily HR operations.

Schedule interviews, organize campus drives, and evaluate candidate skills.

Conduct employee engagement activities.

Requirements:

Graduate or Post-Graduate degree preferred.

Excellent communication (fluent English) and convincing skills.

Talkative, enthusiastic, and cutting-edge.

Proficient in MS Excel.

Prior recruitment/talent acquisition experience preferred.
