Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all level positions.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting and appraisal cycles.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
- Maintain employee records and HR data accuracy in HRIS.
- Coordinate learning and development programs aligned with business needs.
- Generate HR reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Review and implement HR policies and best practices.
- Act as an HR business partner to support organizational objectives.
- Support organizational change management and transformation initiatives.
- Review, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee office administration, facilities management, and workplace operations.
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and facility partners.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure, assets, and employee workspaces.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and administrative support for employees and visitors.
- Monitor office budgets, procurement activities, and administrative expenses.
- Ensure adherence to workplace health, safety, and security standards.

Support employee events, town halls, and organization-wide initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

- Solid expertise in talent acquisition and workforce planning.
- Proven ability to drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Experience in managing employee relations and resolving workplace concerns.




- Strong understanding of performance management processes and frameworks.
- Capability to coordinate learning and development programs.
- Sound knowledge of HR operations, policies, and employee lifecycle management.
- Understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR governance.
- Proficiency in HR analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision making.
- Experience in HRIS management and maintaining employee data integrity.
- Knowledge of organizational development and change management practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Experience in overseeing office administration and facility management activities.
- Ability to coordinate vendor management, procurement, and administrative support services.
- Strong capability in managing employee travel, office assets, and workplace infrastructure requirements.
- MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in HR Generalist/HRBP roles.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR operations.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Proficiency in HRIS, MS Excel & PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with HR analytics and workforce metrics.
- Experience supporting fast-paced, matrix, or global organizations is preferred.
