About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with strong creative and conceptual abilities who can transform an event, idea, business requirement, or campaign into exceptional, professional, and visually compelling graphics for print, digital, presentations, social media, and other formats.

The person should be capable of taking a requirement from concept → creative direction → design → final production with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert ideas, events, campaigns, and business requirements into compelling visual concepts.
- Design brochures, presentations, posters, flyers, invitations, banners, advertisements, social media creatives, reports, infographics, and marketing collateral.
- Develop creative concepts and maintain strong visual consistency across brand communications.
- Create designs suitable for both digital and professional print production.
- Work with management and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality creative solutions.
- Present concepts, incorporate feedback, and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Manage multiple creative assignments while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
- Explore and apply current design trends, AI tools, and modern creative techniques.





Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related discipline.
- 5–8+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and design quality.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong knowledge of typography, color, layout, composition, branding, and visual hierarchy.
- Proven experience with both print and digital design.
- Ability to work independently and convert a brief into a finished creative with minimal direction.

Good to Have
- Experience with PowerPoint, Figma, Canva, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
- Experience in corporate events, branding, advertising, marketing, or communications.
- Knowledge of AI-powered design and creative tools.
- Experience creating event branding, stage/backdrop designs, digital campaigns, or corporate presentations.
