Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing visual concepts and designs that strengthen the HAIR RAP BY YOYO brand across digital and print channels. Day-to-day tasks include creating marketing materials, social media graphics, salon signage, packaging concepts, and promotional campaigns that align with the brand’s creative direction. The role involves collaborating closely with the founder and salon team to translate brand ideas into compelling visual identities, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Designer will also manage design projects from concept to final delivery,



maintain brand guidelines, and contribute to creative strategy. This is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating creative and brand-aligned work.
- Ability to create distinctive visual identities using Logo Design and Branding to support marketing and salon positioning.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout design to produce polished, readable, and engaging materials.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent tools).
- Experience developing designs for social media, digital campaigns, and print collateral in a consumer-facing environment.
- Excellent visual communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with creative and operations teams on-site in Ahmedabad.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; salon, fashion, or lifestyle industry experience is a plus.
