Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Golang Developer with 8+ years of software development experience and strong expertise in Golang, microservices, cloud technologies, and distributed systems. The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable backend services for enterprise-grade applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications using Golang.
- Build scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Develop cloud-native applications with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement effective solutions.
- Participate in technical design discussions and architectural decisions.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical excellence within the team.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of overall software development experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Golang development experience.
- Strong expertise in Golang,



Goroutines, Channels, and Concurrency Patterns.
- Experience in designing and developing Microservices-based applications.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and API development.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging platforms.
- Robust understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Strong Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting skills.

Cloud & DevOps

- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience in cloud-native application development and deployment.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) is preferred.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, or Splunk.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working in Telecom, Networking, Broadband, or Cloud domains.
- Exposure to distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
- Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, and security best practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
