Position Summary The Technical Content Management (TCM) Media Team, part of Engineering Shared Services, is responsible for creating multimedia elements for product documentation and support, including graphics, animations, and interactive content. The Senior Multimedia Specialist will partner with portfolio owners to lead projects, create multimedia assets, and develop templates aligned with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create dynamic graphics, animations, and multimedia content using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related tools.
2. Design and enhance visual content for product documentation, support material, and videos.
3. Ensure compliance with style guides, templates, branding, and department standards.
4. Collaborate with documentation, support, and product management teams globally.
5. Lead multimedia projects and represent the function in cross-functional discussions.
6. Manage project timelines, escalate risks proactively, and ensure timely delivery.
7. Organize and maintain graphic assets for sharing and archival.

Mentor team members and serve as a subject matter expert in a key multimedia discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Bachelors Degree
2. 8+ years of relevant experience

Required Skills

1. Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
2. Expertise in at least one of the following areas:
3. Motion Graphics
4. 2D Graphics
5. 3D Graphics
6. Interactive Experiences (AR/VR)
7. Audio/Video Production & Postproduction
8. Robust design fundamentals including layout, color, typography, and visual storytelling
9. Ability to manage multiple priorities and accurately estimate project timelines
10. Advanced English communication skills (C1 level)
