Barbarik Urban Greens is a rapid-growing real estate development company building across residential, industrial, and hospitality segments.

We’re looking for a Manager — Finance & Compliance who can build and own our financial operations from the ground up.

What you’ll own

· Investor fund tracking and financial controls

· Project-wise MIS and reporting

· GST, TDS, RERA and statutory compliance

· Tally and day-to-day finance operations

· Project-level financial tracking and coordination

· Working directly with the founders on financial decision-making

Who we’re looking for

· 10–15 years of experience in real estate or construction finance

· Strong hands-on understanding of GST,



TDS, RERA and Tally

· Experience managing project finances and compliance end-to-end

· Someone who is detail-oriented, commercially sharp, and comfortable taking ownership

This is not a back-office role.

You’ll have direct ownership of the numbers, systems, reporting, and compliance that keep our projects moving — with significant exposure to the founders and the business.
