Senior Finance & Compliance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance & Compliance Manager to lead financial governance, treasury, taxation, compliance, and reporting functions within a growing organization. This strategic role is responsible for maintaining strong financial controls, safeguarding company assets, managing financial risks, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and maintain the company's financial control and compliance framework.

- Ensure accurate and timely financial, statutory, and management reporting.

- Manage internal and external audits and liaise with advisors, regulators, and financial institutions.

- Develop and execute tax strategies while identifying opportunities for tax optimization.

- Oversee treasury operations, including cash flow, banking relationships, investments, debt management, and foreign exchange exposure.

- Monitor credit risk and support financing and investment initiatives.





- Oversee project accounting and ensure capital projects remain aligned with approved financial objectives.

- Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Compliance team.

Requirements

- Master's Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, B.Com (Hons) in Accountancy, or equivalent.

- Qualified Chartered/Warranted Accountant.

- Minimum 9 years of finance experience, including at least 5 years in a Finance Manager position ideally within the FMCG industry

- Strong knowledge of financial management, treasury, taxation, regulatory compliance, risk management, and management accounting.

- Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing abilities.

- Strong planning, organizational, and project management capabilities.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving business workplace.
