Role Overview

We are looking for a energetic andresult-oriented Senior Executive Talent Acquisition resource to driveend-to-end recruitment activities across corporate and operational functions.The ideal candidate should possess a strong recruitment mindset, demonstratebold decision-making, be data-driven in approach, and excel at managingmultiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requiresstrong stakeholder management, analytical capabilities, and a passion fordelivering exceptional hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Managethe complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to onboarding.

Partnerwith hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, role expectations,and hiring priorities.

Sourcecandidates through job portals, social media,



employee referrals, networking,and other innovative sourcing channels.

Screenand assess candidates for technical, functional, and cultural fit.

Coordinateinterviews, gather feedback, and drive timely closure of positions.

Negotiatecompensation and manage offer roll-out and candidate engagement until joining.

Maintainrecruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.

Ensureaccuracy and integrity of recruitment data, reports, and candidate records.

Ensurea positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Buildand maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.

Supportemployer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Ensureadherence to recruitment policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
