Role Description We are looking for dynamic and experienced travel professionals to join our growing team. The role will be responsible for handling B2B domestic travel operations, hotel bookings, package designing, vendor coordination, and end-to-end management of booking files
Key Responsibilities
- Handle hotel bookings and coordinate with hotels for reservations and requirements.
- Design leisure travel packages for inbound and domestic clients.
- Coordinate with hoteliers, agents, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
- Negotiate with hotels and vendors to secure competitive rates and maximise profitability.
- Ensure timely query turnaround to agents as per agreed timelines.
- Manage the end-to-end operations of booking files, including coordination with clients and suppliers.
- Maintain smooth communication and coordination with all stakeholders involved in the booking process.
Qualification and Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B Domestic Travel & Tourism for the Senior Executive/ Team Leader level.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Good knowledge of domestic travel operations and destinations would be an advantage.
