About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition qualified to support end-to-end recruitment across retail stores and corporate functions for a leading retail organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and databases.
- Support high-volume and replacement hiring for retail stores, including EBO and MBO formats.
- Handle recruitment for corporate functions such as Finance, Marketing, Digital, Supply Chain, IT and HR.
- Coordinate interviews, stakeholder follow-ups, offer closures and pre-joining engagement.
- Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers and MIS.




- Ensure timely position closures and a positive candidate experience.

What We’re Looking For
- 1–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and sourcing.
- Exposure to retail, e-commerce, consumer, lifestyle or sportswear hiring preferred.
- Experience in high-volume / frontline hiring will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, MS Excel and ATS.
- Candidates with strong agency recruitment experience are also welcome.
