epartment: Quality Assurance

Experience: 2-5 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle and resolve customer complaints by coordinating with relevant teams, conducting root cause analysis and ensuring timely closure of corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage QMS activities, including documentation, records, audits, CAPA, SOPs and other quality-related processes.
- Conduct and monitor IPQA activities to ensure compliance with defined quality standards and processes.
- Coordinate with Production, QC, R&D;, Operations and other cross-functional teams on quality-related issues and improvements.
- Handle and coordinate laboratory-related activities, including testing, sampling, documentation and follow-up with the QC/Lab team.
- Monitor compliance with established quality standards, SOPs, specifications and work instructions.
- Support internal, customer and external audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Maintain and review quality documentation and records as per QMS requirements.
- Identify quality gaps and support implementation of CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain quality reports, records and other relevant documentation.




- Ensure timely communication and escalation of quality issues to the concerned stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Bachelor s degree in B.Tech / B.Sc / M.Sc or a relevant discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control, preferably in manufacturing, cosmetics, personal care, FMCG or a related industry.
- Good understanding of QMS, CAPA, SOPs, audits, IPQA and quality documentation.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation practices.
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and compliance.
