Brief About The Role

Senior Executive – FRMS will support the day-to-day execution of IndiGo’s Fatigue Risk Management framework through accurate report processing, documentation, tracker maintenance, data collation, and coordination with internal stakeholders. The role will assist in ensuring timely closure of fatigue reports, support analysis and audit preparedness, and contribute to the effective functioning of FRM processes in line with regulatory and internal requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Flight Operations, FRM, SMS, Flight Safety, Crew Scheduling, OCC-related functions, or aviation operations support
- Formal education in Aviation, Safety Management, Human Factors, or a related discipline is preferred
- Basic exposure to compliance processes, audits, safety management systems, or operational documentation is desirable
- Experience in tracking, preparing reports, handling operational data, and working with structured documentation

Skill Set

- Strong analytical and data-handling skills
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Basic understanding of flight operations and fatigue-related risks




- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders across Flight Ops, OCC, Planning, and Flight Safety
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
- Process-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks within defined timelines

Job Responsibilities

- Process and review fatigue reports in accordance with approved FRM procedures and defined timelines
- Support documentation and collation of fatigue report validation records, as required under the FRM process
- Update FRM databases, dashboards, and supporting records to enable analysis and audit readiness
- Compile data and assist in basic trend analysis to identify recurring fatigue drivers and emerging areas of concern
- Prepare inputs, summaries, minutes and supporting data for FSAG meetings, internal reviews, audits, and regulatory submissions
- Track action items and support closure of corrective and preventive measures arising from FRM observations
- Coordinate with Crew Tracking, Planning, OCC, and Flight Safety teams for fatigue-related inputs, clarifications, and data requirements
- Assist in FRM documentation updates, procedural refinements, and other assigned activities within the Corporate & Policies team
