Role Description

Job Title: Export Executive

Evolv Clothing Company is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive export executive to support export operations and ensure smooth coordination between internal departments, buyers, logistics partners, and regulatory authorities. The candidate will be responsible for export documentation, shipment coordination, logistics follow-up, and ensuring timely dispatch of export orders.

Key Responsibilities

Export Documentation & Operations

· Prepare and process export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, certificates of origin, and related export documents.





· Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA (Customs House Agents), shipping lines, and logistics partners for shipment execution.

· Ensure export shipments comply with buyer requirements and customs regulations.

· Monitor shipment schedules and follow up for timely dispatch and delivery.

Shipment & Order Coordination

· Coordinate with merchandising, production, and planning teams regarding shipment readiness.

· Arrange shipment bookings and container planning with logistics partners.

· Track shipment status and update buyers with dispatch and delivery details.

· Support post-shipment documentation and bank-related export processes.

Compliance & Record Management

· Maintain accurate export records and documentation for audits and compliance requirements.

· Assist in ensuring compliance with export regulations, DGFT guidelines, and company policies.

· Coordinate with banks for export documentation related to LC and payment processes.

Internal & External Coordination

· Communicate with buyers regarding shipment schedules and documentation requirements.

· Work closely with finance, logistics, merchandising, and production teams for smooth export execution.





· Resolve shipment-related issues through timely coordination with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Experience: 3-6 years in export operations, logistics, or international trade, preferably in the apparel/manufacturing industry.

· Good knowledge of export documentation, customs procedures, and shipping processes.

· Familiarity with LC documentation and bank processes.

· Understanding of Incoterms, freight forwarding, and export logistics.

· Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.

· Ability to handle multiple shipments and deadlines efficiently.

Preferred Candidate Profile

· Experience in garment/apparel exports preferred.

· Experience in handling Advance License formalities

· Familiarity with DGFT regulations, export compliance procedures, and customs documentation.

· Experience handling customer formalities, buyer-specific documentation requirements, and shipment coordination.

· Knowledge of IGCR procedures and brand utilization/compliance processes.

· Strong coordination skills with freight forwarders, CHA, logistics partners, and regulatory authorities.

Education

· Bachelor’s degree in commerce, international business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
