NJob Title: Senior ERP Analyst

NRole Summary

nWe are seeking an experienced ERP Developer with solid expertise in Epicor Kinetic ERP

Nintegrations and development. The role will focus on designing, developing, and supporting

Nintegrations between Epicor Kinetic and enterprise applications using REST APIs, Jitterbit,

NWorkato, and Automation Studio. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders,

NERP teams, and external vendors to deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient integration

Nsolutions while providingL2/L3 technical support.

NKey Responsibilities

nDesign, develop, and maintain integrations between Epicor Kinetic and third-party

Napplications.

nDevelop and consume REST APIs, web services, and custom integration solutions.

NBuild and support integration workflows using Jitterbit, Workato, and Epicor

NAutomation Studio.

nCreate and maintain BPMs, Functions, BAQs, Dashboards, and custom business

Nprocesses within Epicor Kinetic.

NSupport data migration, synchronization, and master data management initiatives.

NDevelop automation solutions to improve business efficiency and reduce manual

Nprocesses.

nTroubleshoot and resolve integration failures, performance issues, and data

Ninconsistencies.

nCollaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into

Ntechnical solutions.

nSupport ERP upgrades, cloud migrations, quarterly releases, testing, and production

Ndeployments.

nCreate and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and support

Nprocedures.

nProvide L2/L3 support for Epicor ERP and integration-related incidents.

NEnsure integration solutions follow security, scalability, and best practices.

NMandatory Skills





n5+ years of experience with Epicor ERP/Kinetic.

NStrong experience with REST API development and integrations.

NCompleted at least 2-3 end to end Integration Implementation Projects.

NHands-on experience withJitterbit Integration Platform.

NExperience with Workato automation and integration workflows.

NStrong knowledge of Epicor Functions, BPMs, BAQs, Dashboards, and Application

NStudio.

nProficiency in SQL Server, data analysis, and troubleshooting.

NExperience with ERP datamigration and system integrations.

NStrong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

NExperience supporting enterprise ERP applications in production environments.

NDesired Skills

nKnowledge of Azure Integration Services, Power Platform, or middleware platforms.

NExperience integrating ERP with CRM, ECM, PLM, EDI, or eCommerce systems.

NBasic Knowledge on SSRS Reports, Kinetic Forms, and Labels.

NUnderstanding of manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and distribution business

Nprocesses.

nExperience with source control, deployment methodologies, GitHub, Visual Studio.

NFamiliarity with cloud technologies and SaaS application integrations.

NRequired Qualifications

NBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related

Nfield.

n5 to 8 years of ERP development and integration experience.

NProven experience implementing and supporting enterprise integration solutions.
