Job Summary

Hanswahini Group is looking for an experienced Senior Estimation, Billing & Tendering Engineer with 10–15 years of relevant experience, preferably in government civil construction projects.

The candidate will be responsible for handling estimation, billing, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, tendering, and government project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, quantity take-offs, and rate analysis for civil construction projects.
- Handle government tenders from tender study to final submission.
- Study NITs, tender documents, BOQs, specifications, drawings, and contract conditions.
- Prepare and review tender documentation and commercial submissions.
- Prepare competitive and accurate tender quotations.
- Handle RA Bills, final bills, measurement sheets, and billing documentation.
- Verify contractor/subcontractor bills against site measurements and BOQ quantities.
- Prepare quantity calculations, reconciliation statements, and cost comparison statements.
- Analyze PWD/CPWD/SOR rates and applicable specifications.
- Prepare rate analysis for new, extra, and deviation items.
- Coordinate with site teams for measurements, work progress, quantities, and billing requirements.
- Handle variations, deviations, extra items, and quantity changes.
- Maintain proper records of tenders, estimates,



bills, work orders, and project documents.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders, bills, and required government project documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in estimation, billing, and tendering.
- Strong experience in government civil construction projects.
- Hands-on experience in government tendering and tender documentation.
- Excellent knowledge of BOQ, estimation, quantity take-off, rate analysis, and billing.
- Strong knowledge of PWD/CPWD/SOR rates and specifications.
- Experience in preparing RA Bills, final bills, measurement sheets, and reconciliation statements.
- Ability to read and understand civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and estimation/billing software.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently manage estimation, billing, and tendering activities.

Salary No Bar for the Right Candidate

Salary will be based on experience, technical expertise, and suitability for the role.
