Role Description The Senior Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kurnool, supporting the planning, execution, and performance of solar EPC projects. This role involves leading detailed engineering design, reviewing technical drawings and specifications, and ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety requirements, and project guidelines.

Engineer coordinates with cross-functional teams, contractors, and suppliers to manage project schedules, resolve technical issues, and optimize system performance. Daily responsibilities include monitoring construction and commissioning activities, conducting quality checks, preparing technical reports,



and contributing to continuous improvement of engineering practices and processes within the organization.

Qualifications

- Strong background in solar or power engineering, with experience in design, installation, and commissioning of utility-scale or large commercial and industrial projects.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering tools and software (such as CAD tools, PV design software, and standard office productivity applications).
- Solid understanding of electrical and civil engineering fundamentals related to solar plants, including layouts, structural considerations, and grid interconnection.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines, coordinate with site teams, and handle vendor and contractor interfaces effectively.
- Experience with quality assurance, safety standards, and regulatory or compliance requirements in the renewable energy sector.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering discipline; a relevant postgraduate degree or skilled certifications in renewable energy are an advantage.
- Prior experience in large-scale solar EPC projects or power plant operations is highly desirable, particularly in field or site-based roles.
- Willingness to work on-site in Kurnool and travel to project locations as needed.
