We are looking for an experienced L2 Splunk Administrator to manage day-to-day Splunk platform operations, including administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support. The role will focus on maintaining platform stability, resolving incidents, and ensuring reliable performance across the Splunk environment.

Overview

L2 Splunk Administrator responsible for platform administration, monitoring, troubleshooting and production support.

Responsibilities

- Perform Splunk L2 administration, monitoring platform health and conducting regular health checks.

- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, alerts, and performance-related issues within defined SLAs.

- Handle data onboarding, including source configuration, parsing, indexing, and troubleshooting ingestion issues.

- Manage RBAC, user accounts, roles, and access permissions.





- Perform Splunk deployment, configuration, and setting maintenance.

- Manage Splunk apps, add-ons, upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.

- Create, modify, and maintain dashboards, reports, searches, and alerts.

- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring and critical incidents and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

- B-Tech, M-Tech, MCA.
