We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer – PPC (Production Planning & Control) with 8–10 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and coordination with production and other cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and monitor daily/weekly production schedules.
2. Ensure timely availability of materials and resources for production.
3. Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and other departments.
4. Monitor production targets and ensure adherence to delivery schedules.
5. Track production progress and identify bottlenecks or delays.
6. Maintain PPC-related reports, MIS, and production records.
7. Optimize inventory levels and improve production planning processes.
8. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
9. Develop and implement production plans based on customer orders, forecasts, and inventory levels
10. Create daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
11. Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed

Coordinate with Customer regarding scheduling and on time delivery.
13. Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
14. Analyze production data to improve efficiency and reduce costs
15. Maintain inventory levels and minimize stock shortages or excess
16. Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions and Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations
17. Prepare production reports and performance metrics

Required Skills & Experience
- 7-10 years of experience in production planning & control, manufacturing MIS, preferably in a factory/plant environment.
- Advanced Excel skills are mandatory — pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, conditional formatting, macros/automation.
- Strong analytical ability and comfort working with production numbers under deadline pressure.
- Explicit communicator, able to coordinate across production, stores, quality and management

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
