Leadership Role: Account Delivery – Corporate & Transaction Banking

Location-Mumbai or Chennai

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Account Delivery Professionals who has personally led large-scale Wholesale/Core/Transaction Banking transformation programmes for Tier-1 banks .

Role Purpose

Own end-to-end delivery for a strategic banking account, with accountability for customer outcomes, program execution, quality and commercial performance . The role requires the ability to command confidence with the bank’s business leadership and CIO organisation , while maintaining strong control over execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Programme Accountability

Lead complex, multi-year transformation programmes across products, workstreams, geographies and partners—from mobilisation and solution design through integration, migration, testing, go-live and stabilisation . Own the integrated delivery plan, dependencies, resources and customer acceptance.

2. Corporate & Transaction Banking Expertise

Bring direct implementation experience across multiple areas in Banking, preferably corporate digital banking, payments, cash management, liquidity management, virtual accounts, corporate deposits, trade finance and lending . Demonstrate a strong understanding of corporate customer journeys, banking operations and integration with core banking and surrounding systems.

3. Senior Customer Engagement

Own delivery relationships with business sponsors, CIOs, technology heads and operations leaders . Lead executive steering committees, resolve cross-functional issues and facilitate timely decision-making.



Build customer confidence through clear commitments, transparency and consistent execution.

4. Delivery Predictability & Quality

Drive predictable delivery through measurable milestones, rigorous testing, operational readiness and controlled releases. Identify risks and issues early, conduct deep analysis of delivery failures and ensure clear corrective and preventive actions. Build a robust culture of accountability and continuous learning.

5. Technical & Solution Oversight

Bring sufficient architectural and technical depth to challenge solution design, integrations, data migration, security, resilience and performance . Understand product-led implementations, APIs and microservices, while working closely with Product and Engineering teams to manage customisation effectively.

6. Commercial Ownership

Own delivery budgets, margins, resource productivity, scope and change control . Ensure contractual milestones translate into timely customer acceptance, billing and collection, working closely with Sales and Finance.

7. Leadership & Capability Building

Lead large, distributed teams across programme management, architecture, engineering, testing and implementation . Build strong second-line leadership and establish clear accountability across internal teams, the customer and delivery partners.

8. AI-Native Delivery

Drive adoption of AI-enabled delivery and engineering practices in partnership with Product and Engineering teams, translating these capabilities into measurable improvements in delivery speed, quality, change-impact assessment and predictability .
