Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with 5+ years of hands-on experience to develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, website traffic, qualified leads, and business growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, content marketing, analytics, and lead generation, along with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid campaigns.
- Drive organic growth through SEO, keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and content strategies.
- Manage social media marketing activities and improve engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
- Develop and execute lead-generation campaigns across relevant digital channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions, CPL, ROI, and other key marketing metrics.
- Conduct competitor, market, keyword, and audience research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Work closely with the content, design, SEO, and sales teams to execute integrated campaigns.
- Analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics,



Google Search Console, and other analytics/reporting tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, advertising platforms, and AI-powered marketing tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of skilled experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Lead Generation.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects independently.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of AI tools for content, research, analytics, and marketing automation is a plus.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
