Job Title: Senior E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior E-Commerce Executive with strong hands-on knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, and other online portals. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing marketplace operations, driving online sales, and ensuring smooth day-to-day e-commerce activities.

:

Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho and other e-commerce platforms.

Update product details, images, pricing, inventory, sizes, colours and SKUs.

Monitor online orders, dispatches, cancellations, returns and refunds.

Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch and sales teams for smooth order processing.

Handle marketplace queries and resolve operational issues.

Prepare daily/weekly sales, inventory and order reports.





Monitor product performance, pricing and competitor activities.

Assist in offers, promotions and activities to improve online sales.

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of e-commerce marketplace portals.

Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Experience in garments/fashion e-commerce will be preferred.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
