Key Responsibilities

 Prepare detailed shop drawings, production drawings, and fabrication drawings for wooden doors, frames, veneer panels, wall cladding, cabinetry, furniture, and interior fit-out works.

 Develop CAD drawings based on architectural drawings, design concepts, and client requirements.

 Coordinate with architects, interior designers, project managers, production, and site teams to resolve technical issues.

 Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, project specifications, and applicable building codes.

 Revise drawings based on design changes, RFIs, and site conditions.

 Support the production team by providing manufacturing details and technical clarifications.

 Coordinate veneer grain matching, panel layouts, edge details, and finishing requirements.

 Verify dimensions and conduct site measurements when required.

 Maintain proper documentation, drawing revisions, and version control.

 Assist in product development and value engineering to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce material wastage.

 Mentor junior draftsmen and review their drawings for accuracy and quality.

 Ensure timely completion of drawings to meet project schedules.





Required Qualifications  2-8 years of experience in door manufacturing, veneer works, woodworking, joinery,

or interior fit-out drafting.

 Strong knowledge of wooden door construction, veneer applications, joinery details,

hardware installation, and manufacturing processes.

 Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.

 Experience with SketchUp, SolidWorks, Inventor, Revit, or similar 3D software is an advantage.

 Positive understanding of production methods, CNC requirements, and woodworking machinery.

 Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and interior drawings.

 Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
