Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy data science models using Python to solve complex business problems in the healthcare industry.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement data pipelines on cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.

- Develop natural language processing (NLP) algorithms to extract insights from unstructured clinical text data using ICD-10-CM/ CPT codes.

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions.

Job Requirements :

- 5-7 years of experience in a senior data scientist role within the healthcare industry.

- Robust proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with machine learning libraries like scikit-learn or TensorFlow.

- Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) systems and ability to extract structured data from unstructured sources.

- In-depth knowledge of medical coding systems including ICD-10-CM/ CPT.
