We’re hiring a Senior Data Analyst to work with business and operational data and turn it into reports and insights that teams can actually use. The role involves regular analysis, dashboard work and working directly with stakeholders on reporting requirements.

The work involved

- Analyse business, sales and operational datasets to identify trends and issues.
- Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports.
- Write SQL queries to extract, combine and validate data.
- Clean datasets and investigate missing, duplicate or inconsistent records.
- Work with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and key metrics.
- Track KPIs and highlight significant changes or areas requiring attention.
- Present findings in a clear format for business and management teams.
- Automate recurring reports and improve existing reporting processes where possible.
- Check data sources and calculations before reports are shared.

What you should have




- 4-5 years of experience in data analysis or business reporting.
- Solid SQL skills and practical experience with Excel.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau or a similar BI platform.
- Good understanding of data cleaning, validation and KPI reporting.
- Ability to explain findings clearly to non-technical teams.
- Experience handling multiple reporting requirements and deadlines.
