About EfforaEffora is building a next-generation Beauty & Wellness brand focused on science-backed, high-efficacy products across hair, beauty and wellness.

We are building a strong content-led growth engine across organic, creators, performance marketing and customer education, with the ambition to create a distinctive and trusted consumer brand from India.

RoleOwn and scale Effora’s content engine across organic social, creators, campaigns, performance creatives and brand storytelling.

You will be responsible for turning brand strategy and consumer insights into high-performing content at scale.

Responsibilities

- Build monthly and quarterly content strategy across all key channels
- Define content pillars, formats, hooks and recurring IPs
- Own Instagram, Reels, short-form video and organic storytelling
- Develop campaign ideas, scripts, captions and creative briefs
- Build and scale creator / UGC content pipelines
- Work closely with Brand, Performance Marketing, Design and Video teams
- Create performance content concepts for Meta and other paid channels
- Turn customer pain points, reviews and trends into content opportunities
- Build systems and workflows to increase content output without reducing quality
- Track content performance and identify what to scale, improve or stop
- Support product launches,

Must-have qualifications
- 4–7 years in Content Strategy / Brand Content / Creative Strategy
- Proven experience scaling content for a D2C or consumer brand
- Solid understanding of social media, creators and performance content
- Excellent writing, storytelling and creative judgement
- Ability to move from strategy to hands-on execution
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology and internet culture
- Highly organised, fast and execution-oriented

Preferred qualifications
- Experience in Beauty, Wellness, Personal Care, Fashion or Lifestyle
- Experience working closely with Performance Marketing teams
- Experience scaling creator and UGC programs
- Strong understanding of Meta ad creatives and content funnels
- Comfortable using AI tools for ideation, research, scripting and content production
