The chance: Senior Consultant-TMT-Business Consulting PI-CNS - BC - FINANCE - Bangalore/Hyderabad

Your key responsibilities

- Strong consulting acumen with the ability to support finance transformation initiatives across business processes and operating models. Hands-on experience in analyzing current-state finance functions and identifying opportunities for process optimization and standardization. Ability to contribute to target-state design, gap analysis, and implementation planning for finance transformation programs.

Proficient in preparing structured business recommendations, presentations, and analytical outputs for client-facing engagements. Exposure to general consulting methodologies with a focus on delivering practical, data-driven finance solutions.

To qualify for the role you must have

Qualification

- Bachelor of Commerce

- Bachelor of Business Administration

Experience

- Finance Transformation - OTC (4+ years)

- Order-to-Cash (O2C) functional transformation experience (mandatory) with experience of design, build and deployment of O2C solutions such as Esker, SideTrade, GetPaid for clients (preferred), or have a working knowledge of such solutions (end-user).

- Strong analytical and solutioning skills with the ability to understand client business complexities and design relevant solutions using a combination of process and technology

- Be the client expert, understand their business functions and processes, communicate their needs to product teams
