About the RoleAltpreneur Consultants LLP is looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer – Slip Form & RCC Structures to supervise and manage the construction of CBG Plant civil structures, particularly digesters/tanks and other vertical RCC structures using hydraulic slip-form technology.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in slip-form construction, RCC structures, reinforcement, concrete works, dimensional control, site execution and contractor coordination, preferably in CBG, biogas, industrial plants, chimneys or other large-scale industrial structures.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage hydraulic slip-form construction of RCC digesters, tanks, chimneys and other vertical structures.
- Monitor reinforcement, shuttering, embedments, inserts and construction joints before and during concreting.
- Manage continuous concrete pouring and maintain the required slip-form lifting rate, level and sequence.
- Check structure verticality, dimensions, alignment and elevation using appropriate surveying instruments.
- Coordinate RMC/concrete supply, reinforcement, manpower, pumps, machinery and subcontractors to ensure uninterrupted construction.
- Monitor concrete quality, including slump, temperature, cube sampling, curing and placement practices.
- Ensure reinforcement is installed as per approved structural drawings and Bar Bending Schedule (BBS).
- Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical and process teams for pipe sleeves, nozzles, anchor bolts and embedded items.
- Monitor site progress, manpower deployment and subcontractor productivity.




- Prepare daily progress reports, measurements, quantity statements and site records.
- Prepare and verify BOQ, BBS, material requirements and contractor bills.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, method statements, ITPs, specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.
- Identify and resolve construction issues such as honeycombing, cracks, leakage, dimensional deviations and verticality problems.
- Coordinate inspections, quality checks and corrective actions with consultants, contractors and project teams.
- Support testing, commissioning activities and final project handover documentation.

- Required Skills & Experience

- 5–7 years of experience in civil construction/site execution.
- Hands-on experience in hydraulic slip-form construction is essential.
- Experience with RCC structures and continuous concreting operations.
- Experience in industrial projects, CBG/biogas plants, chimneys, digesters, tanks or other tall vertical structures will be preferred.
- Robust understanding of reinforcement, shuttering, concrete works and structural drawings.
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, BBS, BOQ and construction documents.




- Experience in surveying and checking verticality, alignment, levels and dimensions.
- Experience in managing contractors, subcontractors, labour and site resources.
- Good knowledge of construction quality and safety practices.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and basic site documentation.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

- Preferred Candidate Profile We are looking for a hands-on Slip Form Civil Engineer who can independently manage and supervise civil construction activities for CBG Plant digester systems and other RCC structures. Candidates with experience in slip-form construction of digesters, RCC chimneys, tanks, silos or other tall industrial structures will be strongly preferred.

The candidate should be comfortable working at project sites and coordinating with contractors, consultants, RMC suppliers and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
