Role Description This is a full time, on-site Senior Civil Engineer role located in Surat.

The Senior Civil

Engineer will oversee civil engineering design for residential and commercial projects, including structural layouts, site development, and stormwater management solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing project plans, coordinating with architects and contractors, monitoring construction activities for compliance with design specifications, and resolving technical issues on-site. The role involves planning project phases, preparing technical reports and documentation, conducting quality checks, and ensuring adherence to safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.

Engineer will also mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement in engineering practices and project delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong civil engineering foundation with proven experience in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with Civil Engineers and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Experience in project Planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage design, and site infrastructure development.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools).
- Solid understanding of local building codes, standards, and construction best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and make timely, informed decisions.
- Previous experience in residential and commercial construction projects is highly beneficial.
