Key details:

- Initial 6 month contract with likely extension

- Gurgaon based, hybrid working (3 days onsite)

- Rate guide ?17,000-18,000 per day INR

- Financial services transformation environment

- Dedicated change management practitioner required

- Detailed impact assessments across people, processes, and operating models

- Design and delivery of targeted change interventions

- Establishment of feedback mechanisms to identify adoption challenges and resistance points

- Ongoing monitoring and measurement of change effectiveness

- Proactive identification and resolution of implementation issues

- Embedding new behaviours, ways of working, and processes into BAU operations to drive sustainable adoption

Experience required:

- Operating model transformation

- Impact assessments

- Change intervention design and delivery
