ENGAGEMENT OVERVIEW:

Senior Cisco SDA Engineers to join an ongoing project. The engagement focuses on augmenting an existing Cisco SDA operations team.

ENGAGEMENT DETAILS:

Start Date: As soon as possible

Work Mode: Fully Remote

Location Preference: India

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Tier-3 incident and problem support (fabric issues, VXLAN/LISP control plane, DNA Center faults, ISE/TrustSec policy enforcement, wireless fabric issues)
- Deep-dive troubleshooting, RCA support, and major incident participation
- Execution of SDA service requests and operational changes (VNs, IP pools, Anycast GW, fabric port assignments, AP onboarding, policy changes)
- Implementation of approved non-standard SDA solutions (legacy integration, OT/IoT, special routing/NAT, custom segmentation)
- Cisco DNA Center operational support (assurance, compliance remediation, upgrades, workflow troubleshooting)
- ISE & policy operations support (authentication/authorization issues, pxGrid/TrustSec, policy enforcement validation)

REQUIRED SKILLS & SKILLS:





- 8+ years of SDA LAN engineering experience
- Hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Cisco SDA
- Solid understanding of VXLAN and LISP
- Strong understanding of Cisco ISE and TrustSec
- Experience handling OT/IoT environments
- Experience with custom segmentation
- Experience working in Agile workflows
