About the Role

- Key Skills: C++, Linux/QNX, Cluster, Middleware applications

- Develop Cockpit Core Cluster Middleware and HMI software.

- Expert-level C++ development with hands-on experience in Linux/QNX-based systems.

- Work on embedded software application development, feature implementation, debugging, and issue resolution.

- What You Will Do

- Develop and implement Cluster Middleware and HMI applications using industry best practices and relevant standards.

- Analyze existing embedded software to add features, modify functionality, and fix bugs.

- Perform technical coordination, problem triage, and solution development.

- Analyze and improve software KPIs.

- Ensure feature delivery within scope, schedule, and quality expectations.

- Ensure compliance with established software development processes in coordination with SW-APQP.

- Collaborate with cross-functional and UX teams for Cluster software and HMI requirements.

- Stay updated on Instrument Cluster technologies, industry trends, and safety regulations.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align Cluster requirements and standards.





- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electronics, Communications, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

- 5–7 years of overall software development experience.

- Strong proficiency in C++ and OOP concepts.

- Hands-on experience developing applications on Linux/QNX.

- Experience in HMI software development; Unity HMI preferred, Qt is an added advantage.

- Experience with inter-process and inter-processor communication mechanisms.

- Experience with IPC programming and SOME/IP.

- Self-driven and creative approach toward continuous improvement of development processes.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to triage integration issues and coordinate with multiple teams.

- Experience with industry-standard version control tools such as GitHub and Gerrit.

- Experience with SonarQube-based static code analysis.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
