Acuity Analytics is currently looking for anindividual to play a key role in supporting private markets team. Theindividual will play a key role in supporting a global investment firm byacting as an extended team member, assisting in due diligence and preparationof investment memorandums for private equity, private credit, and evergreenfunds

Responsibilities

Preparinginvestment memorandums document reviews of investment opportunities fromclient due diligence documents like PPM, presentations, teasers, executivesummaries etc.

Creationof PPM data such as fund personnel, fund terms, investment strategy andprocess, investment highlights risks

Creationof financial matrices including Revenue, EBITDA, Net Debt etc.

Createdand updated quarterly / annual firm and fund track record and attributionanalysis using due-diligence materials

Creationof underlying fund returns using annual meeting decks and quarterly reports

Derivedhistorical fund and firm returns and sourced relevant data out of huge pile ofdata files





Draftingannual meeting reviews

Specific Skill SetRequirements

MBA orother Post-Graduate or Qualified Degree from a reputed Institute

Basic knowledge and understanding of PrivateEquity, Fund of Funds and Financial Services Industry (FSI) trends

Knowledge of MS Office with strongskills in MS Word and MS Excel

Knowledgeof databases including CapIQ, Preqin is an added advantage

Ability to take complete ownershipand deliver the projects as per client requirements and timeline

Excellent communication and interpersonalskills

Ability toconduct high-quality project-level conversations with clients
