We are looking for experienced Senior Associates with robust expertise in Projects / Project Finance to join a leading law firm in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

- Advise clients on project finance and infrastructure transactions.
- Draft, review and negotiate financing and transaction documentation.
- Handle due diligence, security documentation and transaction structuring.
- Advise lenders, borrowers, sponsors and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with clients, financial institutions and counterparties.
- Independently manage transaction workstreams and ensure timely execution.

Candidate Profile

- LL.B. / LL.M. from a reputed law school.
- 4-6 years of relevant Projects / Project Finance experience.
- Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and client-management abilities.
- Experience in complex financing / infrastructure transactions preferred.
