Location: Remote India The IT Business Systems Analyst specialising in a specific application will act as an expert in the usage and configuration of an approved application. This role involves the analysis, design, implementation, and support of the application/ product to align with the organisation’s strategies and objectives. The analyst will ensure that the system meets business needs and provides an optimal user experience.

- Proven experience as an IT Business Systems Analyst.
- Strong understanding of Automotive processes and practices.
- Proficiency in configuring the allocated applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in business process modelling and documentation.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with SQL, data analysis tools, and reporting software.
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
