Qualification: CA / CA Inter

Open Positions:

Associate | 6 months – 1 Year Experience

- Relevant experience in Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Services

Senior Associate | 3+ Years Experience

- Relevant experience in Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Services

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial due diligence on middle-market companies across various industries
- Perform analytical reviews of financial data and prepare findings
- Analyze recurring earnings, revenue and cost drivers
- Review balance sheet exposures and identify key financial insights
- Prepare Databooks and draft reports for management review
- Research and address issues arising during engagements
- Assist Seniors,



Managers and Partners in transaction engagements
- Work collaboratively with team members while managing multiple priorities
- Senior Associates will also support and train Associates

Key Requirements:

• Experience in Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Advisory Services

• Exposure to Buy-side & Sell-side Due Diligence

• Understanding of Quality of Earnings (QoE) Analysis

- Solid financial analysis and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent research and problem-solving abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational and project-management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook
