Lead WSO loan booking,trade operations and reconciliations within a complex private creditenvironment.

Support implementation and ongoing operation ofa reconciliation platform such as Duco.

Partner with fundoperations, counterparties and stakeholders to resolve breaks andensure data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Book loans, rollovers, drawdowns, repayments,fees, interest and PIK accruals in WSO.

Validate lender-of-record positions andaggregate portfolio level bookings.

Performcash, position and accrued interest reconciliations.

Investigate reconciliation breaks and conductroot-cause analysis.

Support reconciliation toolimplementation, testing and parallel runs.

Manage daily exception tracking and stakeholdercommunication.

Senior Loans, Senior TermFacilities, Unitranche, Second Lien, Term Loans.

ACF, RCF, ABF, Acquisition Facilities,Incremental Facilities and related products.

Required Experience

Robust Wall Street Office (WSO)



bookingexperience.

3+ years in Private Credit, Loan Operations,Asset Servicing or Fund Operations.

Hands-on experience with cash and positionreconciliations.

Strong analytical and stakeholder managementskills.

Preferred Experience

Duco, SmartStream or otherreconciliation platforms.

Luxembourg fund structures and private debtoperations.
