We’re a youth experiential agency connecting brands with culture through experiential marketing, brand solutions and live entertainment. From campaigns for Heineken, Kingfisher, Hero MotoCorp, Bingo! and Myntra to live experiences with Amit Trivedi, Sunidhi Chauhan and DIVINE, we bring ideas to life where young audiences gather at college fests across India and festivals like Sunburn, Comic Con and Zomaland.

We’ve worked with brands including Heineken, Kingfisher, Hero MotoCorp, Bingo! and Myntra, and artists like Amit Trivedi, Sunidhi Chauhan and DIVINE.

Recent highlights: Myntra’s 34-city Glamfest Tour and 50 campus activations for Nestlé’s Nescafé and KitKat .

Roles and Responsibilities

- Serve as the key point of contact for select client accounts, understand their requirements, and ensure campaigns align with brand objectives and business goals.
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, and production teams to take campaigns from brief to execution across youth, culture, entertainment, and live experiences.
- Contribute creative ideas and develop campaign concepts grounded in an understanding of the brand.




- Manage timelines and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and production partners to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
- Work closely with your reporting manager on direction, planning, and client alignment .
- Guide Associates on execution, coordination, and follow-through .

What We’re Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in events, experiential marketing, brand solutions, client servicing, or media.
- Experience working on brand campaigns, activations, festivals, campus projects, or youth-focused experiences .
- A strong i nterest in pop culture, youth culture, internet trends, music, creators, campuses, and emerging subcultures .
- Confidence in working with clients , internal teams, vendors, and production partners.
- Robust project management and communication skills .
- A collaborative approach, a sense of ownership, and a strong work ethic.
