Role Description: The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading the architectural design and detailing of interior and exterior spaces, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations. This full time, on-site role in Mumbai involves developing conceptual designs, preparing drawings and documentation, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and overseeing execution on site.

Architect will collaborate closely with the interior design team, manage project schedules and deliverables, and ensure that technical solutions support both aesthetics and functionality. Day-to-day tasks include design reviews,



integration of services and structural elements, quality checks during construction, and regular communication with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with demonstrated experience in concept development and detailed design.
- Candidates should possess skills in Integration and coordination of structural, services, and interior elements within complex projects.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and budget awareness.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with relevant design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in architecture or interior-focused projects, preferably in high-end residential or commercial design.
- Strong communication skills, ability to lead teams, and readiness to work on-site in Mumbai on a full-time basis.
- Knowledge of local building codes, materials, and construction practices; experience with design-led studios is an advantage.
