KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead architectural planning and design for cinema & commercial projects
- Prepare and review architectural drawings & construction documents
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors & internal teams
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality execution
- Ensure compliance with statutory & building regulations
- Manage project timelines, budgets & technical deliverables

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR ✔ Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape & MS Office

✔ Excellent leadership & project management skills

✔ Strong communication and coordination abilities

✔ Experience in architecture, construction or commercial projects
