本職位存在的目的 (Purpose of the role)

執行基金投資與投後管理業務，以達成財務預算與營運目標

本職位最主要的3 – 5項工作職責 (3 - 5 major responsibilities)

- 投後管業務，投後管理、新案投資/投資評估/其他事項(協助基金募資)；新基金設立後可增加新案投資工作佔比
- 執行現有基金的投後管、回收業務
- 負責現有基金的新案評估與投資業務
- 負責新基金募資工作

基本條件及能力要求 (Minimum Requirements)

- 工作經驗 (work experience) : 3-5年未上市(櫃)公司投資相關經驗，具備以下經驗者尤佳：
- 創投（VC）、企業創投（CVC）、家族辦公室（Family Office）等相關投資與管理經驗。
- 實際參與投資項目的退出（Exit）操作經驗。
- 具生醫產業相關工作經驗。或
- 具基金募資業務相關經驗。
- 學歷 (education)



:
- 碩士學歷以上（具國外學歷者加分）。
- 生醫、藥學、醫學、理工等相關背景之學士學位，搭配 MBA 或其他跨領域學位尤佳。
- 專業能力 (skilled capabilities) :
- 熟悉投後管理與投資評估流程，可獨立完成專案並迅速上手。
- 具判斷力、卓越的溝通能力與問題解決能力。
- 對 AI 與智慧醫療產業的趨勢有理解者加分。
- 語言能力 (language) : 中英文能力佳，具備多語言能力，能在國際環境中有效溝通。

其他 (others)

- 自主工作能力強，能夠快速融入並緩解團隊投後管理人力不足問題。
- 出色的判斷力與決策能力，善於協調與解決複雜問題。
