Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Generative AI Architect / Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy next-generation AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Multi-Agent Systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and advanced workflow orchestration frameworks. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building enterprise-grade AI applications using Agentic AI frameworks, AWS cloud services, and contemporary MLOps/LLMOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop enterprise-scale Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Agency Swarm, or similar.

- Build intelligent workflow orchestration platforms enabling autonomous decision-making and task execution.

- Implement Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication and Model Context Protocol (MCP) for seamless collaboration between AI agents.

- Develop advanced RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architectures and information retrieval solutions.

- Design and deploy scalable AI applications on AWS Cloud, including Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker.





- Build integrations using OpenAPI standards and enterprise APIs.

- Design and optimize Vector Database and Knowledge Graph solutions.

- Fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy LLMs for production environments.

- Develop self-healing and adaptive AI workflows that automate complex business processes.

- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver impactful AI-driven solutions.

- Establish AI architecture standards, best practices, governance, and observability frameworks.

- Lead initiatives around LLMOps, MLOps, model monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience

- 8-12 years of overall software development experience.

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML and Generative AI.

- 3+ years of experience building Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, or autonomous AI applications.
