Role Description The Admissions Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for guiding prospective students and families through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, providing detailed program information, and conducting campus visits or counseling sessions.

The Admissions

Specialist will manage leads, follow up with interested students, and support them from initial contact through enrollment, ensuring a positive and supportive admissions experience. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate admission records,



coordinating with academic and administrative teams, participating in outreach activities, and meeting enrollment targets while upholding institutional values.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including transparent verbal and written interaction with students and families.
- Customer Service skills to provide supportive, courteous, and solution-oriented assistance throughout the admissions process.
- Sales and Student Recruiting skills to generate leads, nurture prospects, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Understanding of Education programs and academic pathways to accurately explain offerings and guide student choices.
- Ability to build rapport, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM or admissions management tools.
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or educational services is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in commerce, education, or counseling is preferred.
