Role Description: The Senior Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The primary responsibility is to counsel Class 12 (10+2) students and above including graduates seeking UG, PG, MBBS, MBA, Engineering, and other professional programs.

Key responsibilities include:

- Provide one-on-one career and admission counseling to Class 12 & above students and their parents.
- Guide students in selecting suitable colleges, universities, and courses based on their academic profile and career goals.
- Explain eligibility criteria, admission procedures, fee structures, scholarships, and documentation requirements.
- Handle inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in counseling sessions.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM.
- Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, and institutional partners.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, and outreach activities to generate admissions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve monthly and annual enrollment targets.
- Analyze student trends and provide feedback to improve counseling and admission processes.

Qualifications:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proven experience in admissions counseling, education consultancy, or student counseling.
- Strong sales and conversion skills with a student-first approach.
- Experience counseling Class 12 (10+2) students and above for higher education admissions.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Counseling, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM or admissions management software.
- Solid organizational, follow-up, and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.

Prior experience in MBBS, UG/PG, or professional course admissions will be preferred.
