Role Description The Senior Accountant will manage end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end and year-end closing activities. This full time role involves preparing financial statements, monitoring cash flow, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, and supporting audits with accurate documentation and reporting.

The Senior

Accountant will also analyze financial data, prepare budgets and forecasts, track key performance indicators, and provide insights to support management decisions. The role includes oversight of internal controls, process improvements, and coordination with external consultants or auditors when needed.



This is a hybrid position based in Noida, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Strong technical accounting skills, including general ledger management, financial reporting, reconciliations, and familiarity with applicable accounting standards.
- Proficiency with accounting and ERP software, advanced Excel skills, and comfort working with financial databases and dashboards.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Knowledge of direct and indirect tax rules, regulatory compliance, and audit procedures, with experience preparing documentation for statutory and internal audits.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
- Relevant academic background such as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce; professional qualifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA or equivalent) are highly preferred.
- Prior experience in a senior accounting role; experience in IT, technology services, or professional services environments is an advantage.
