Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, statutory compliance and audit-related work.

The candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, good knowledge of taxation and compliance, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records and complete reports within defined timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting and bookkeeping records
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments and expenses
- Bank and cash reconciliation
- Vendor and customer ledger reconciliation
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Sales and payment reconciliation
- GST working, reconciliation and filing support
- TDS working, reconciliation and filing support
- Payroll accounting and related statutory compliance
- Prepare monthly P&L; and Balance Sheet
- Prepare payable and receivable reports
- Perform monthly account reconciliation
- Maintain invoices, vouchers and supporting documents
- Prepare schedules and data required for statutory and tax audits
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and pending entries
- Coordinate with management,



CA and auditors
- Ensure reports and compliance activities are completed within defined timelines
