About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have 8–10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry with strong expertise in accounting, MIS reporting, statutory compliances, taxation, audits, and banking operations. The candidate must possess excellent analytical skills, be capable of handling end-to-end accounting functions independently, and have prior team management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete accounting operations including General Ledger, Journal Entries, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports and financial statements for management review.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and coordinate with consultants and statutory authorities.




- Handle statutory audits, stock audits, bank audits, and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Manage banking operations including fund transfers, banking documentation, reconciliations, and coordination with banks.
- Monitor cash flow, financial transactions, and accounting controls.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts as per accounting standards and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial reporting and compliance requirements.
- Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, and business reporting.

Required Skill set:

- Inter CA qualification is mandatory.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in the Manufacturing industry.
- Solid working knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, MIS Reporting, Banking, and Financial Compliance.
- Hands-on experience in handling Statutory Audit, Stock Audit, and Bank Audit.
- Good understanding of ERP software and Advanced MS Excel.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in leading and mentoring a small accounts team.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
