Role Description As a Senior Academic Advisor at Hero Vired, you will guide learners through their academic journey, from program selection to successful completion. On a full-time, on-site basis in Dehradun, you will conduct one-on-one advising sessions, support students in setting academic and career goals, and help them create effective learning plans.

You will monitor learner progress, identify challenges, and coordinate appropriate interventions or support resources. The role includes collaborating with faculty and program teams to align academic pathways with industry demands, participating in student workshops and orientation sessions, and maintaining accurate advising records and reports.



You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of advising processes and student experience.

Qualifications

- Robust Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to support learners in navigating academic and professional choices.
- Proven experience in Academic Advising and Education, preferably in higher education or professional learning environments.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly and build trust with diverse learners.
- Ability to analyze learner performance data, identify at-risk students, and design appropriate support strategies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Experience working with adult learners or working professionals is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, learner-centric environment and collaborating across academic and operations teams.
