L2 Executive 2-3 years Chennai Full Time Any Degree Reports to: Assistant Security Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and support Security Operations Supervisors assigned to your client locations

- Handle security guard sourcing - identify, screen, verify, and onboard security personnel for assigned sites

- Coordinate with the HR team for background verification, police clearance, and statutory compliance of all security guards

- Monitor site-level attendance, duty compliance, and performance across all assigned security locations

- Conduct regular site visits to assess security standards and address operational gaps

- Manage client relationships at the operational level - handle security-related complaints, requests, and escalations

- Ensure adequate security guard coverage at all times - plan for leaves, absences, and shift requirements

- Prepare weekly and monthly security operations reports for the Assistant Security Operations Manager

- Coordinate with procurement for uniforms, equipment, and site-specific security materials

- Support the onboarding of current security clients - site risk assessment,



guard deployment, and protocol setup

Requirements

- Any degree from a recognised university

- 2-3 years of experience in security operations or workforce management

- Experience in security guard recruitment and deployment is an advantage

- Good communication skills in Tamil and English

- Ability to manage multiple sites and handle shift-based operations

- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace for reporting and documentation

- Valid two-wheeler licence and willingness to travel across Chennai

Nice to Have

- Prior experience in a security services company in Chennai

- Knowledge of Tamil Nadu Private Security Agencies Regulation Act

- Experience with background verification and police clearance processes
