L4 Manager 5-8 years Chennai Full Time Any Degree Reports to: Senior Management

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the complete Security Operations team - Assistant Managers, Executives, and Supervisors

- Own the security service quality and client satisfaction outcomes across all security accounts in Chennai

- Develop and implement security operations processes, guard protocols, and performance standards

- Build and maintain strong senior-level relationships with key security clients across the portfolio

- Drive security guard recruitment, deployment strategy, and manpower planning across all client sites

- Ensure full compliance - background verification, PF, ESI, Tamil Nadu minimum wages, Private Security Act

- Prepare and present monthly security operations performance reports to senior management

- Lead recent security client onboarding - site risk assessment, scope definition, guard deployment

- Manage security incidents, client escalations, and service recovery with urgency and professionalism

- Identify and implement operational improvements that enhance security service quality and efficiency

- Work closely with HR, Finance, and Business Development on cross-functional requirements

Requirements





- Any degree from a recognised university - MBA preferred

- 5-8 years of experience in security operations with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role

- Proven track record managing large security teams and multiple client accounts in Chennai

- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English

- Strong client relationship management and operational leadership capabilities

- Deep knowledge of Tamil Nadu Private Security Agencies Regulation Act and labour compliance

- Advanced proficiency in MS Office for reporting, budgeting, and presentations

Nice to Have

- Prior experience as Security Operations Manager in a security services company in Chennai

- Experience managing portfolios of 50+ security sites and 200+ deployed guards

- Exposure to integrated security systems - access control, CCTV, alarm management
